He is a CCIM designee, licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi, President of the RLI Louisiana chapter, and lead broker for the 6,000+ acre Bilten Park future development site — Louisiana's premier advanced manufacturing and logistics mega-site.
He has led projects for companies including Carvana, Ochsner Health, Dana Inc. and goPuff. Backed by Stirling Properties' five-decade platform as one of the most comprehensive full-service commercial real estate firms in the country, he works across retail, office, industrial, healthcare, multifamily and hospitality assets.

Daniel Cook is an Advisor with Cook Advisory Team at Stirling Properties, LLC, working out of the Covington office. Born and raised in the Mandeville-Covington area, he has built a niche around agriculture and industrial land — a bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University paired with hands-on experience in the oil field and on working farms.
He is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) and its Commercial Investment Division (CID), where he serves on the CID Forecast committee.
